Emmy Fashion Review!!

Currently the Emmy's are unrolling, Neil Patrick Harris is doing pretty well, so really all that needs to be talked about is the fashion!

Trends: Very simple this year, all about the bare neck, statement earrings and retro throw back updos. OH, and 30 Rock.

My picks for best dressed (and in typical fashion this will be presented in threes)

1. Olivia Wilde. I predict this is will be one of those much talked about dresses of the year, daring, bold and beautiful. The beautiful open back is highlighted by a zipper that appears to be floating over Olivia's back. The applique alone over the Marchesa dress is enough to make you stop in your tracks. GQ was right, she's gorgeous!

2. Christina Applegate. Nominated for a show that is no longer on the air I commend the actress for going so glamorous. This midnight blue dress with mermaid siloette is flawless for the stunning blonde.

3. Leighton Meester. Gorgeous white grecian dress, I think this one might be one that people are on the fence about, this was a fitting final breathe of summer. Bottega Veneta created a marvelous frock for Gossip Girl's resident bad girl. (I must say that I a bit over Blake Lively)
